You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure you have the right to use any recipes, images, or other materials you add to Cookaroo.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that Cookaroo will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify Cookaroo at any time or for any reason without notice to you.
The information on Cookaroo is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
Cookaroo does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Cookaroo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Cookaroo, even if Cookaroo or a Cookaroo authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on Cookaroo could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Cookaroo does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Cookaroo may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
